The dress is absolutely beautiful, I would recommend. The disappointing service I received, I would never order again from this website. It took almost a month to receive the dress, which means I had to purchase another dress last minute for my class reunion. The dress arrived after my event & it was too big. The return process was more nerve wrecking than waiting for the the dress. Then the slap in the face / Insult my intelligence is when they offered me 10% to keep it.. (Yeah, $12.70).. Well because of ridiculous hoops I had to jump through & cost for the shipping return I kept the frickin dress. I'd rather spend on alterations for a future event then spend...read full review
