Justin designed and built our dream patio cover. He was collaborative, happy to answer all our questions before and during the process, precise, kept to schedule and budget, and exceeded our expectations for quality and style.We have a mid-century modern house with a raised back patio roughly 35 x 15 that had an original corrugated aluminum cover. The project presented many design problems Justin overcame- we wanted a specific style, edge supports only, the cement wasn't in pristine condition, cable railing, the old cover itself was difficult to remove. We employ sustainable building methods, including deconstruction and salvage, minimizing waste and reducing environmental impact. We always build with efficiency and economy in mind. We work with architects and engineers, but are also able to assist with the design and permitting process.
