Honestly, I came to Kaycee with a home DYI dyes I have been doing for years. My hair was a mess before I started to go to Kaycee, however she was never once judgmental about my hair. She was ready to go, welcoming me to her space. Now she's the ONLY person I trust with my hair. She's a perfectionist and takes her time ensuring that your hair is perfect! I love my purple hair, and it last a LONG time! Here is my experience: On two different experiences I was attempting to get my hair corrected by my first stylist (both I paid for). I was hoping for a balayage. The color extractors did not work out, toning and bleach didn't help. After paying over 350$ originally, my stylist sent me to Kaycee. Kaycee, talked highly of herself and stated she is the color correction queen. She stated that she starts her pricing at 200$ because they take long and she cannot book anyone after me. Then, when I told her my stylist was going to put money in for me for product, they started texts to each other. I was burned when I was a baby and I have a huge bald area on one side of my head that needs to be covered. And what hair I have left is very frizzy on that side, and very straight on the other. Needless to say, it's hard to find a good haircut. Kaycee is a miracle worker and gives me the best haircuts ever. She is really talented!
