Over the past few years I've been plagued by the annoying buildup of tension in the muscles that run from the right side of my neck to beneath my shoulder blade. I'm constantly rolling my head, laying on a tennis ball stretching my arm across my body... Sarah at Vital Bodyworks gave me what can only be described as the most dynamic therapeutic massage I have ever had. Moving my head, shoulder, and arms through their full ranges of motion not only helped my aching body, but also allowed me to better understand what exactly was happening and how it was affecting my entire frame (I had no idea how tense the left side of my back had become from compensating for the right)....read full review
