Convenient location, drive through service, ATM, and lobby service as well. Have always had great service and have been able to take care of my business when in the SE Hawthorne part of town.
Went in today to get a couple of rolls of quarters to use at the laundromat. I've been to this location twice before and never had an issue doing this. Guy behind the counter seemed to have an attitude when I told him that I needed the quarters (apparently we're in the middle of a coin shortage) and made smug remarks while I waited. After taking my quarters, I called the branch back to speak with the manager about this and apparently she was behind the guy when he was being rude. She then tried to tell me that he was attempting to be kind and "go above and beyond". Guess this weekend crew is only cordial when a white customer walks in
