I am a mother of 2 young children and a working professional. I’ve worked out with StrengthFarm for over 4 years. Sam is disciplined, consistent, professional and extremely knowledgeable and talented. He practices what he preaches. My body and strength has significantly improved, since I’ve been training with him. I’ve lost fat, gained muscle, learned how to eat properly and workout more efficiently.He doesn’t believe in the hokey, marketing schemes or fads. If you want real results and a real, focused, consistent trainer - Sam is your guy. Great programming, coaching, and community. Awesome holistic focus that covers performance maximization, injury prevention, and mixes it up so it doesn't burn you out or get to boring. If you are considering, definitely don't hesitate to sign up for a month to see if it is a fit for you.
I've been working out at Strength Farm for over year. Im a 40 year old over the hill athlete with old injuries, that still really enjoys a good group workout. Sam and his people do an excellent job taking care of the people they are training. I've seen really good results and I'm a big fan of the strength training combined with endurance and mobility they offer. If you are thinking about trying them out, I highly recommend dropping in for a class. Sam is the truth!
