Ross Hollywood Chapel, made a very emotional time easier for our family. We worked with Astin she’s caring, helpful answered all of our questions, I can’t say enough good things about her. The day of the service they made sure that what ever was needed got done. We will definitely be using them again if needed. Thank you all that you do!!!

My mom definitely did not want anything beyond a simple cremation with the most basic box for ashes, and she just wanted us to have a family/friends remembrance later, at someone's home, so we didn't use the funeral home for a service, just cremation. She wanted the utmost simplicity and lack of fuss. The funeral home was very kind, and didn't pressure us at all, which I really appreciated. I was able to send an obituary to appear on their website directly to the funeral director, and he used all of it, which I also appreciate! My mom passed away at a nursing home very late at night, and the funeral home employees who came to pick her up were very kind to come as quickly...read full review

Ross Hollywood chapel made it ease our families mind in our time of grief. Brittni was such a great help in explaining the process and what was needed to send my son home in the way I wanted.
