I’ve had a very frustrating experience with rise metal roofing. Over the course of 4 weeks I called 6 times requesting a call back so I could start my roofing project. I began calling less than 24 hours after I had the owner out at my house and he provided me with a bid.I gave three stars because I understand how business and life goes, and the staff and owner were very polite and nice. It’s frustrating to be the one that falls through the cracks and I would definitely be open to working with rise metal roofing and adjusting the review.

Victor Gonzales and his crew accomplished my roofing project on time, within the quoted price and with care for my insurance company requirements. Victor and his team were on time to do the gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation. Victor is very responsive and gets back to you quickly for any of your questions. They are thorough professionals and know what they are doing! Victor also took the time in explaining what is good for my gutter guards installation and what is not. They managed to complete the job in no time. They were happy to take a video and share with me before and after the job was done. The pricing to get both the jobs done was 1/3rd (or even lesser in some cases)of what others were quoting.
