As we were getting ready to enjoy the Thanksgiving weekend, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling of our bathroom. Never a problem you want to experience, especially right before you’re preparing to host Thanksgiving. Luckily for us we called PNW Restoration and after a thorough initial assessment over the phone, within 30 minutes, Wayne showed up and was able to identify the issue and recommend a fix, while also providing valuable tips to bridge the gap between now and when we can have our roof repaired. It gave us peace of mind that we could still enjoy our weekend without running a risk of bigger issues. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!!

Water overflowed into my basement apartment and turned my carpet into a soggy swamp and soaked into the walls as well. We chose this company because of their prompt response time and competitive pricing, but had no real idea of the scope of our damage. It took a week to dry it all out! What we didn’t know we were getting was a super professional team who would check on the progress so diligently and make adjustments to equipment to get the job done right.
