The project turned out to be much more extensive than initially expected requiring two full days of labor to complete. James quickly assessed that the work was going to be significantly more than our first estimate and was honest and upfront about additional costs before doing anything exceeding the estimate without my consent(which has not been the case with other contractors in my past). The work was top tier, very clean and the crew was polite and professional. Hard to find good residential contractors and would absolutely recommend his crew and services to anyone looking.

If you ever have the chance to work with James, take it. These guys run a very tight ship and are one of the astronomically rare contractors that actually value the customers experience.
