After a not so “stress free” grooming appointment like they like to advertise, Bobo got to meet the AMAZING staff here. They were able to get us right in, communicated the entire time, gave us peace of mind and the best part- took great care of Bobo. Now we just need to find a new groomer.
Our initial exam was wonderful and they treated my pup with great care and kindness. They are also open on weekends which is a huge plus. We had to have xrays done on her, therefor we had to leave for the day and wait for a phone call with the results. The next day instead of receiving a call from the vet or nurse that treated my pup, I received a call from their receptionist who barely told me anything and failed to tell me information from the radiology notes that was crucial for care going forward. We thought we had found our primary care vet but this was disappointing.
The staff at North Beaverton Pet Hospital are great! They really care about the animals they take care of. Even though we had a small miscommunication on scheduling, the clinic manager was great to work with and helpful in trying to find a solution.
I could not recommend a better, more caring Veterinarian Team.
