I adore this vet for my fur babies. Clean, friendly staff, quick service, and I always leave satisfied with my pet's care. Whenever my cats have an issue I trust North Beaverton Pet Hospital because I have seen positive results. Thank you for being there for me!!!
I wrote a scathing review of this veterinarian a week ago. I spoke at length with one of the owners about the cost (shock) of their work and she reviewed my concerns and got back to me today. I was offered a sizable refund which I told her was too much as our dog is doing great after the procedure. We negotiated a lesser amount and she is speaking with her staff about setting expectations with customers so this hopefully will not happen again. Their staff was always helpful and pleasant. I somewhat regret the 1 star review I gave them but considering how much we spent with them I am considering returning to our previous vet. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Last year I ended up with a puppy that I didn't expect and I was worried about his health and the health of my other dog. I got a same day appointment with the North Beaverton team and they welcomed both pups with open arms. They were patient and clear with their explanations and so patient with me when I could call 3 times a day with questions. Before I moved away I had to bring the pup in to say goodbye!
