This is the second time I have used there services, Both times 100% customer satisfaction. Lance is Amazing and knows what the meaning of taking care of the customer means. I wish more business would have this level of pride in the work they provide. Thanks again for such a speedy and affordable job.

Wow, what service! Got locked out of the apartment, called Metro Lock Services, and Lance was there within 15 minutes. Saved the day in every way, and super reasonable rates. Big YAY to Lance and Metro Lock, thank you so much.

Lance is the best!! He is so attentive to his customers needs and makes sure to go the extra mile in making sure they are fully serviced. His supple hands are like tiny miracle workers for your knob and lock.
