Gene was an absolute professional through and through and a pleasure to work with.I had intended to simply upgrade my old computer to my new one, and showed up at his step with a bag full of parts and my tower, and he took it in, got to work, was VERY quick with email responses, and when he pointed out that my motherboard was too big he gave me my options, either a new MB or new case.... Gene was extremely helpful in helping me diagnose and fix my old laptop. I also asked him to upgrade my RAM.He did an quick repair and upgrade, charged a fair price for services, and gave a reasonable turn around time. Thanks Gene!

I had a great experience with Metro Computerworks. My son had built a gaming computer that worked great for 4 months then would not boot. It was a real head scratcher and Gene helped us figure it out. My son is super happy. 100% worth every penny.

The shop does desktop and laptop computer repair – Mac and PC. You can set up an on-site appointment at your home or office, or call us and we can perform a remote connect session. We are located in close-in North Portland, in the Gotham Building — on the corner of North Interstate Ave and Albina. That’s just over the Broadway Bridge from the Pearl District and downtown, and just north of the Rose Quarter, and just down the hill from the Overlook neighborhood.
