Ruth is one of the most talented stylist I've met. They are meticulous, attentive, creative, considerate, curious, and kind. Ruth works with what you've got and what you want in a way that honors and highlights your hair texture, pattern, and preferences. I really appreciate how present they are during my visits, I feel both relaxed and energized afterwards. Ruth is amazing! If you are looking for close attentive care for your curls, go see her. I don't get my hair cut professionally very often because it's basically like trimming a hedge, but I wanted something new. She walked me through options for my cut, and then showed me things I didn't know about how to care for my curly-but-not-very-thick hair. It's been almost a month and she turned out to be totally right about all of them. My hair is happy whether it's humid or dry, and whether it's the first day after I wash it or three days later. She's also a very calm presence, and gives a delicious head massage.Services: Haircut
