Dudes are great. Vic is a local legend in slicer and Restaurant Equipment repair and maintenance. Been using these guys since 95... They used to do housecalls for servicing and sharpening my meat slicer. They have been 100% flawless in everything they have ever done for me.
These Guys are the best! My family has been using them for more than 30 years! Honest, quick turnaround, and they have quality refurbished machines that are far better quality than the newer manufactured commercial equipment.
Called to get a replacement knob for a Globe slicer. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. Was so pleased to hear that they had the part in stock. My friend who picked up the part for me said the customer service there is top notch.
