I had gotten a little bleach solution in my eye, and I called to see if I needed to come in. Unfortunately, it was a Friday and they were closed. I left a message not expecting to hear back from Monday, and planned to go into urgent care. Dr Safari-Snider called me back at 10 pm that night when she got the message, giving me reassurance and instructions on what drops to use to ease lingering irritation. Saved me a trip to urgent care, which would have cost money and time I didn't want to spend. Seriously great dedication and care, can't recommend her enough!

As others have mentioned, Dr. Snider is detailed and extremely professional. She takes the time to make sure the patient understands what is going on.On top of that she is kind and patient. Staff is wonderful also. I have been going here for a couple of years and they have handled multiple urgent eye situations with my husband and me; always patient. Today she followed up with me even though the office was closed. I wish all my providers were like this!

Been coming here for a few years. Dr. Snider is the best. She is really comprehensive in checking things out, explaining it in a way I understand and she cares. Assistants have always been really clear and caring as well.
