I have used used Lupen Systems & for all of my household needs (WiFi / Home Theater / Home Security) for 3 years now. I am taking time to write this review because if you are looking for someone who you can TRUST to help you with any of your home electronic needs, you can TRUST that Luke is not only knowledgeable, but will be on time, friendly and honest. Very professional, very efficient crew. We got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Our entire home wired for ethernet inside and out. I'd recommend this company for anyone looking to get wired up.

We had Lupen Systems out to remove an existing wall-mounted TV and put up a new one in its place, as well as connect everything to a new home theater receiver. Everything went well, and their installers were professional and capable. I did report one issue with the installation (in all fairness, I overlooked it as well, and didn't notice it until they had already departed) to the owner, Stephen. He immediately scheduled a follow up visit by his installers at no additional cost, and they took care of it.I would gladly do business with them again if the need arises.
