I've rekindled my commitment to attending Firelight regularly, and the rush of returning to this practice flooded me with the same adoration I felt for it before! Among the various classes they offer, Hot Fly remains my top pick. The positive transformation this studio has brought to my life is undeniable, and I'm enthusiastic about continuing my practice in the years to come.

I've taken a few classes so far: sculpt, hot vinyasa, yin, unheated vinyasa, hot gentle vinyasa. I love the variety of options, and surprise to me, have found a love for hot yoga! Olivia + Pati are my favorite instructors so far.

Firelight yoga is such an amazing studio, from the set up, the atmosphere, the instructors, they provide such an amazing yoga experience. I strongly recommend if you haven’t tried yoga, this is the place to start !
