They are confusing...their billing/receipt info isn't all in one place or easily gotten to. Had cataract surgery lense replacement...Dr Boulter doesn't deviate from what he wants to do or used to doing...even though I am paying the premium for it...wish I had a lil more time to research and gone with someone else...also found out they dont carry the latest lenses...I wanted one that they already the pan optics that they use and was willing to pay for the Clearview3 in the 2nd eye..as did a lit of research and it had really good results to avoid the halos at night and even said I will take the risk and let me be the first one you try it on...I was willing to... read full review
always had to wait for a long time in the little room to see the doctor. 45 minutes to an hour. staff came back and said the doctor was a bit backed up. there was not a single time that did not happen. and they already rescheduled my appointment because the doctor was busy. they either have to work on their efficiency or be less greedy and take less patients.
I lived in Massachusetts the past 20 years and had the best care from Mass General and Brigham and Womens. The NW Eyehealth Center is right up there with the best! I'm so glad to have been cared for by Dr Kauffman and his team!
