Wonderful massage experience. Highly recommend!!Kristen connects incredibly well with the body both the physical and the energy body. This connection facilitates the creation of a safe space to allow the body into a pure state of oneness and wholeness, to surrender and release trauma, physical and emotional. There were moments when my body had an inter dimensional experience.

This was definitely the best massage I've ever had. I was feeling sore from working out and Kristin's deep tissue massage really fixed me up. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and my body felt so much better for it. Can't recommend her enough. Will definitely be coming back.

wonderful! amazing healing and wellness experience every time. no matter the struggle (injury, tension, stress) kristin is a gift to EVERY body, and always expanding her own knowledge and skill for her practice. even the hard work is good work, and i always feel so much more in tune with my own self after every session!

A safe, comfortable and relaxing space where people can escape from reality, connect with their bodies, and decrease stress, anxiety and chronic pain. People leave feeling an increase in overall health, range of motion, and quality of life. Using active listening, a holistic approach, and techniques from different modalities such as; Ashiatsu, Swedish massage, deep tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, cupping therapy, Tui Na, and structural bodywork, Kristin individualizes each session to the clients specific needs. Each session is enhanced with aromatherapy, choice of music, and the option of using Cannabis infused products at no extra charge!
