Highly recommended; they understand dogs, and use only positive methods. I foster dogs from China and Taiwan for Golden Bond Rescue. I'm not inexperienced with training, but one dog was extremely fear-aggressive with other people and very unsafe. Brittany worked with us a couple of times, and with some practice we were able to change her behavior completely. She got a wonderful home. Not inexpensive, but effective.
