We will follow Dr. Alison Lord anywhere for pet care and have been with her for well over a decade. She truly listens to what our pets need and works very closely with our family to come up with a plan. She took the time to learn the entire history of my complicated dog’s history. She is very thorough and an absolute delight to work with. We look forward to our appointments with her. The Buckman staff has all been very helpful and sweet! ♥️♥️

Highly recommend. They LOVE our kitties, literally ooh & ahh over them, and other staff popped in to meet our kitten simply because they were all so excited about a new cat! They seem genuinely interested in their wellbeing and always offer solutions that won't break the bank or be impossible to execute at home. Added bonus: they offer to still mask in exams with us and have pronouns displayed on nametags which makes it feel inclusive & safe.
Additionally they have emergency vet appts available which is awesome for continuity of care and to reduce the stress of finding an emergency vet in a stressful situation.
The staff go above and beyond for my anxious lil mini dachshund. This is a great neighborhood vet and a convenient location for us. We enjoy the convenience of the nearby dog park to walk around before / after we visit.
