Body reconnected is how I feel with Eric's massage. For me specifically psaoas and resistance work are so good for my overall body comfort and movement. I recommend Eric to anyone not only as a wonderful massage therapist but also writer and knowledge seeker through the power of story/myth.

Eric has been my massage therapist for years. What most impresses me about Eric is his thorough understanding of the body and body mechanics. I may come in with a complaint about my back. But with just a few moments attention on my legs, and the pain in my back will vanish. I visited Eric when I was having intense sacroiliac pain on one side. I was expecting a massage, but he convinced me that he had a more efficient way to treat this specific kind of pain. I put my trust into him and let him work on me. He also taught me some stretches to do at home, and these actions combined have left me with so much less pain. I honestly couldn’t believe the difference after just one treatment. Now I go to focus on my posture and upper back. Eric really knows what he’s doing and he listens and checks in every step of the way.
