I absolutely adore the spa at Progress Ridge! Their facials are top-notch, leaving my skin feeling refreshed every time. The place has such charming decor and it's always spotless. The staff is super friendly, and their service is excellent. What's great is they always have tempting promotions that make me feel like I'm treating myself without breaking the bank. Plus, they use and sell Eminence products, which are incredible but hard to come by. I used to drive across town for facials, but now that I've found Balm, I'm staying put in my neighborhood. Trust me, if you're considering trying out Balm, don't hesitate - you won't regret it!

I highly recommend Angelina! She does an amazing job with my lash extensions, takes her time, and ensures you are most comfortable! Scheduling is very easy with Balm PDX and they are very flexible with times and organized. Very good quality service!!

For my first time sugar waxing, Elise made me feel so comfortable & welcome at Balm! Not only was the space clean and inviting, but stylish & prime location. Cannot recommend a visit enough!
