I've had Dan out to service my pump house 3 times now. Every time he's been a superhero. Very reasonable, super easy to work with and reasonably priced. I hope he never retires. This last time he came out after a bad freeze caused some bursting. He came out on a Saturday morning and rescued us. I'm so grateful.

Woke up yesterday morning to no running water. Well pump evidently failed overnight. Called several well pump repair companies in the Eugene area. American Pump & Spa said they had someone working in our area and could have him over in about 15 minutes. Dan showed up right on schedule, checked out the situation and said he needed one more man and some parts. They were back in about an hour and the whole job was complete by 1 PM. American Pump & Spa used top quality parts and the total cost was only 9% higher than the price for the same repair/replacement done by another local company in 2015. My well had a significant cave-in and completely shut down my water supply. My neighbor highly recommended Dan from American Pump. I gave him a call. He was able to come out promptly and got the job done. Dan is THE MAN! He diagnosed and fixed the problem, installed a new pump and other parts that needed to be replaced. Everything works perfectly and I am very grateful. Excellent customer service, honesty and professionalism was my experience with American Pump. 5 stars!
