Called and left voicemails three separate times to try to schedule an appointment and didn't hear back from them. Went in person to see about scheduling an appointment in-person instead, and was greeted by unclear signage: online said appointments and walk ins, while the main sign by the road said appointment only, and then another sign near one of the doors said walk ins welcome. On top of that, it was unclear which of the two doors was the front door for clients as they both had Shears To You signage on them. Once inside, I was told somebody could call me back in a few days to schedule an appointment... which clearly hadn't worked the last three times. Very disappointed

They have a sign that reads “walk-ins welcome,” but it is not true. When I walked in there were two people there. I didn’t get welcomed, I got sneered at.

I am thrilled at my new look…thanks to Clarissa. I’m changing from super curly perm to a straighter and more sophisticated look…she nailed it! I absolutely love this hair cut.Clarissa listens….when I was curling/she perming my hair, she gave me the exact size curl and length I asked for and will help me to this new (for my 82 year old self) look.And her prices are reasonable!!!Service: Haircut

What an unacceptable experience! I scheduled a service with Linda but she messed up with time and when I came in, she refused to serve. I drove from Beaverton and took an entire day off work.She told me to come at 10am but when I came she said she was expecting me at 9:30 and she invited other clients on my time when I didn’t show at 9:30!At 10 I also notified her that running a little late but on my wayShe immediately responded that there was no time for me nowThen she flipped her mistake blamed me being 20 minutes late. But she already was serving other people at 10am. Yes, it took for me a little longer to get there from Beaverton (20 minutes longer) , so I came at 10:22 instead of 10am. I was agree to be after another customer and wait but she still just kicked me out.I was sitting in the car for two hours after that hoping to still get in but noone was interested in me anymoreNo fairness no kindness very sad

Highly recommend Clarissa!! She did a fabulous job on my hair! I found my new stylist! Yay. Super friendly and oh my gosh I love her personality! Very cozy friendly atmosphere. Great price as well.
