We discovered significant water damage beneath and around our bathtub, so we decided to remove it and replace it with a walk‑in shower. We called our contractor, Jeff, the owner of Next Level Building and Remodeling. Even though this was an urgent and unscheduled request, his team managed to divert crews from other jobs to complete the conversion.
Jeff walked us through every step of the process, explained what to look for in the materials we needed, and even offered helpful suggestions on where to shop. I was referred to Jeff and Next Level by a friend who was very pleased with both their remodeling work and Jeff's integrity. I then hired Jeff to transform my garage into an art studio. I couldn't be happier that I did. His work was excellent, he presented ideas other contractors had not considered, the work was done quickly and in accordance with the schedule, and he was easy to communicate with. The project was also priced fairly. Then, when we were caught in a pinch with some unexpected kitchen problems, he helped us fix them quickly.
