I’m truly appalled at how they applaud themselves for taking good care of our pets. I brought my cat in to be fixed and I agreed to a free nail trimming. We came home and it wasn’t until after I noticed her trying to get the cone off that her nails were cut WAY too short. They are red and irritated and some were bleeding. I don’t know who they let cut her nails after her spay but whom ever they are should not be working with animals. I left them a voicemail and I do expect a call back. This is completely unacceptable. I drop off my cat and trust that they will take care of her and keep her safe then they pull this crap. Barclay hills has lost a customer.

They called me a week before Christmas to let me know they would decline my dogs food order (royal canine) that he had been on for a year unless I scheduled a checkup with them the next week. I don’t have $200 for a checkup after I just gave you $1500 to diagnose him with ibs and switch his food. I stated “so you won’t feed my dog?” And they said yep and then declined it. Never going here again. Hes at a new vet now.

Front desk needs to learn to not gossip about customers as soon as they hang up the phone. One of the instances she had said a customer was a liar and that she didn’t believe him & gossiped onto the rest of the frost desk staff about the situation. This happened twice while I waited in the lobby for my dogs appt. I was very uncomfortable as the girls went on about situations and calls.. I really wanted to say something. (One of the girls gossiping had a pet rat)

The Oregon City location was friendly and informative. We didn't have to wait long to see the Veterinarian. They presented us with options for every step of the way & were really good with our dog.
