The staff is always understanding and a pleasure to work with. Dr Thompson is at the top of his field, and the professional approach always keeps my mind at ease through the most difficult procedure(s).
I had a very good experience with the entire office staff. Dr. Thompson was extremely compassionate. I switched dentists due to an urgent dental issue and extreme pain after my own dentist couldn't see me for at least 2 weeks. Best decision ever!
Our entire family have all been patients at North Plains TenderCare Dental for over 15 years. Dr. Thompson is the absolute best dentist we've ever had, he is very knowledgeable, has great communication skills and he makes sure you know that your dental care is the number #1 priority. The entire staff greets you with a smile, makes sure that you're comfortable and are always readily available to address any concerns and preferences that you may have.
