It's clean they are friendly. People seem to abuse the online check in. Just checking in and not showing up. They have to honor it. Makes for almost always an hour wait so jis plan on it. Moves quicker than that. Almost always 50/50 for showing up

I was really happy with the haircut my grandson got this morning. I didn't catch the stylist's name but she was super friendly, good with kids and did a great job. I felt like it took longer than normal because of his hair type and the cut we wanted. She was super patient and didn't rush at all. Thanks for a wonderful job!!!

The wait was a little longer than what was said but that's not unusual anymore. Not just Great Clips either. I usually get my haircuts in McMinnville but they didn't have time so I checked Newberg and they could get to me. I will probably continue to go to Newberg now. I think it was the best haircut I have gotten from Great Clips. Thank youService: Haircut
