I am a lifer! Iv been going here for years. Of course each person is different and requires different treatment. Before I started seeing Dr.H, I had consistent sharp pains in my back, numbness in my hands and back, and migraines weekly. Since I found Dr.H I can live my best life. No more pain in my back, migraines maybe once a month. And every visit is different. He is experienced in reading the body and not going by a book. We put our bodies through a lot daily and it’s good to put it back. I feel like family and he has been to my rescue at times where Iv had a migraine for days or can’t move my neck. Dr. Hacmac is incredible. His knowledge and techniques are amazing. He explains everything he's doing and the results are spot on. I had sciatica and he said within 3 visits I should feel a big difference. Well after my 1st visit my level of pain went from a 6 or 7 to a 2, the next day. Very calming influence. I highly highly recommend Hands On Chiropractic
