They were very attentive and accommodating to the immediate need I had. Upon arrival, the man was very calm and respectful. You could sense he had respect for animals. He was very compassionate , comforting, took the time to talk with me about what had happened and gave me the needed time to say goodbye.
I would recommend this place; the atmosphere is beautiful and the people who run it are filled with integrity and compassion.
A 5 star service that I highly recommend. I recently decided to use their service for our beloved cat who had passed away. My sister had used their service before and recommended them to me. She said they were professional and a great service. I decided to call because our cat had been an important part of our family. I called them and found the service to be professional and supportive just like my sister had told me. In addition, I feel Green Acres is providing a much needed service that is critical to our community.
We found out very early I'm the morning that our puppy had been hit by a car. Not knowing what to do I called Green Acres since they were the only place open. They got us in right away, helped us move out baby from the car (He's almost 100Ibs) and were so nice and comforting. The man that met us there waited very patiently while we said goodbge to our baby and let us have our moment. They have incredibly good prices and very helpful staff. Made this very tragic loss much better to deal with when we didn't know what to do. I don't have a doubt that our babies body will be well taken care of and respected during cremation ❤ HIGHLY recommend them!
