Shad is patient, communicative, and kind. He is a great thought partner - he brought great options and recommendations while leaving space for me to make the final decision. Shad and team performed tree trimming, tree removal, and blackberry bush mulching. The finished work looks awesome, and everyone on his crew was respectful and great to talk to. I will definitely be working with Pacific Arbor for my future tree care and land clean up needs.

Let me make your decision and research easy: if you need tree help, CALL PACIFIC ARBOR CARE! Shad and his team are top-rate yet affordable, responsive, professional, relatable, and personal. We had a fairly unique situation to address on our property, and they totally 'got' it. Not only that, but rather than direct a semi-disgruntled neighbor to us as home owners during the work, Shad 'managed up' and dealt with the situation (NOT part of the job description). Also, he's got at least one awesome woman on his team! Have contracted with several different tree services over the years, but we intend to keep Shad and his team on speed dial moving forward! I highly recommend Pacific Arbor Care for tree work. Services were provided on March 3rd, 2023. Chad, owner, is professional, knowledgeable. communicates clearly and is competitively priced. Chad and his crew pruned flowering and fruit trees, tall poplars, and a large row of arborvitae. The crew cleaned up perfectly, even checking with the neighbors so they had no debris in their yard.
