Been working with the team here for over a month to file our taxes. This is our first time working with them, and the lack of communication is horrible. My wife and I stayed until 11:30 last night waiting to hear from them on our taxes and never did, so we had to rush to file an extension.
So unless you want to have a panic attack when filling your taxes, I recommend going somewhere else.
