Amazing first time aerial experience during our weekend trip to Wilamette Valley! Erin was enthusiastic to help us get acclimated to the apparatus, and talking us through so many fun poses/tricks. Dont hestitate to try aerial yog- what a blast!

So happy to find this yoga studio while I was traveling and staying in McMinnville! The studio is centrally located within walking distance to the intown hotels and restaurants. They offer classes throughout the day in various styles and levels and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. I didn’t have a mat while traveling but the studio has some available for borrowing. I took a hot yoga class for the first time ever and really enjoyed it - it was the perfect end to a day of touring around and visiting some wineries to sweat out the toxins and jet lag and regroup! Would have gone back had I stayed longer! Until the next trip!

I absolutely adore this studio. I was never a "yoga person" but my sister-in-law convinced me to go when she moved to McMinnville. We have been addicted ever since! The teachers made efforts immediately to know us personally and connect with us. They take the classes seriously, but always are able to adjust poses and movements to work for you. We have fun, we laugh, we breathe, and we love each other in these rooms. I've now taken aerial, restorative, and vinyasa flow and have loved them all. Such wonderful people. Erin truly runs a wonderful business.
