The Lake Oswego YogaSix community is truly unmatched. From the knowledgable teachers to the kind staff, my day is certainly not complete without taking some kind of yoga class here. I love the variety of classes offered throughout the day and the studio is consistently clean and well managed. I'm always introducing friends to this specific studio because I truly want everyone to experience the gift that is YogaSix!

Love, love, love! I’m currently doing the March madness challenge which encourages me to go outside my comfort zone to try new teachers, new class format, and new times. I’m happy to say I love all the classes and all the teachers are AMAZINGLY EXCEPTIONAL. It’s one of my happy places!

I have been a member of the Y6 LO community for the past couple of years. Before YogaSix I had never "gotten" yoga before. I am now obsessed. I feel so much stronger and have made so many friends (still not very flexible but better). Also, I would never work out as hard on my own as I do in the cardio sculpt classes. The respect I have for the teachers is through the roof. The lead teacher, Amelia, is masterful in her sequencing and she only hires and trains the best. With 6 different types of classes there is something for everyone at all levels. Can't say enough!
