I got a cut from Konya, Not only did i show him photos of what i wanted, but I tried to make it clear that I barely wanted any taken off, and that I wanted my bangs to lay halfway down my eye brows. he ignored these requests and told me he knows what to do, he proceeded to give me a sloppy fade around the sides, take almost 3 inches off around my entire head, and cut the bangs halfway up my forehead. As well as ignoring requests during the haircut. Not only this, but he then dumped an excessive amount of product into my hair to hide his mistakes that took almost 4 washes to remove. (also rubbed styling powder in so hard my hair was almost matted) This whole experience cost almost $70.

I got a haircut with Konya. I asked for a slight trim. I think he had an idea of what he was doing but the proportions of my sides to the top of my hair are not the same at all - kind of shaped like a mushroom. Maybe he just wasn’t use to my hair? I don’t know - but I’ve waited almost a week to see if it got any better/was just styled the wrong way but I think I can confidently say it was due to the haircut. I do think I’m quite picky when it comes to my hair but at the same time, a slight trim / maintaining the shape of my hair should not be that hard. He also used a scraping-like tool when cutting my bangs and now they look quite flat and weird - I’d prefer just using scissors the whole cut. Also, it was quite expensive - I think around $70 - and I would not pay that much again considering the cut I got. I’m not saying it was anyone’s fault - maybe I could have clarified the cut better? Don’t know. But am not too happy with it.

I want to express my immense gratitude to Hair M for their outstanding service! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the atmosphere — it’s incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the place smells amazing everywhere. I was first invited to a cozy waiting room, where I was told I could enjoy any of the drinks available. I also appreciated the TV in the waiting area, which made the experience even more relaxing.
Special thanks to Dana — she is truly a master of her craft! The haircut turned out perfect, and she approached her work with such professionalism, taking all my preferences into account. After the haircut, she washed my hair with a wonderfully fragrant shampoo, and everything was done with so much care and attention.
Overall, the place stands out for its cleanliness, attention to detail, and top-tier service. Huge thanks to Dana and the entire Hair M team! I’ll definitely be coming back.
