Annesha sold us our home in 2020 and though she was still new to the Real Estate industry, but she was fantastic nonetheless.Annesha was organized and knowledgeable with each step of the home buying process, which made it easy to submit the offer & finalize the deal. Before we knew it, we were signing papers on a hot summer day.The offer was submitted on May 23rd (Memorial Day weekend) & we had the keys in our hands on July 13th. Annesha Montez is extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable and involved with her clients in the buying and selling process! She helped me through my very stressful divorce and the sale of my treasured home. Not only did she get the job done in a timely manner, she saw to it that the new owners valued my home for its charm and character as much as I did which was very important to me, before accepting my offer. I did a shadowing of Annesha for a school project and let me tell you she is amazing. She will go above and beyond for her clients to make sure everything goes smooth and looks the best it can while everything is happening. She will make you feel comfortable and she super easy to talk to about any questions you may have.
