I absolutely love this Pilates studio! Virginia’s expertise truly sets this place apart—she is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and makes every session both challenging and empowering. The equipment is top notch, the studio is always clean and welcoming, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every detail. Working out here consistently makes me feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in my body. I can’t recommend this studio enough!
I have been Pilates-ing with Virginia for almost 6 years now. I feel like I've gone from zero to hero in that time with her amazing instruction. When I started, I could barely reach below my knees, and now I can flat-palm the floor from a standing position. It's a great and welcoming space, and even in a full class you feel like you are having a private session due to her attention to detail and support. Thanks, Virginia!
I love the Pilates Studio of Hood River! Virginia, the owner/instructor, is a skilled practitioner of Pilates and does so with energy and humor. She provides clear, step-by-step instruction, making the classes accessible to students of all levels. Over the many years I’ve taken classes there, she has continued to evolve the elements of the sessions to keep them interesting and engaging, including using props and introducing different movements. Pilates is a wonderful way to work on body strength and flexibility in a small, supportive environment. And the Pilates Studio of Hood River is a first-class place to do that.
