Tina is absolutely amazing. Fixed a botched cut no problem, and really made it gorgeous when I came back 3 months later for maintenance. As a long haired woman, she cuts only what I am comfortable with. I also have asian mixed hair, and she knows how to cut fussy hair.

Tina is a stingy worker that is okay selling gift cards for cash to make money, which by Oregon law let me remind you those do not ever expire unless they were sold at a discount. She didn't want to accept them as payment......I'm not sure what brings on this behavior. Maybe you have your own problems and a gift card wouldn't pay your bills? Not sure, but you don't get to act that way. Your disgusting and I hope your business fails!

Dear Tina; It is very surprising and sad that you chose to get angry and defiant with me using a gift card that was purchased by my husband for Christmas two years ago. You did receive the money in advance, as payment for this service. So in reality, with both of the gift certificates, we overpaid for this haircut. I wanted to do business with local businesses and I liked the way you cut hair and have gone to no one else since moving to Hillsboro, but it is obvious that you do not appreciate your returning customers. COVID has affected us all, 2020 and 2021 were most challenging years, but, your behavior and attitude is appalling. Just so you know, this quote is Oregon law, with the Oregon Department of Justice websites that I got the information from. "Unless they were sold at a discount, gift cards cannot have an expiration date." I will take the advise given as you tore up the gift certificates and returned the $10.00 tip I gave you and never return to your place of business. Incredibly nice and talented staff. Beyond pleased with my perm. Tina did exactly what I was hoping for. This is my go to salon from now on. Theu also do waxing, facials, cuts, color, perms, manicures, pedicures. Very clean/ hygenic. I am so happy, I will recommend to my friends ??❤
