I received hair coloring, because I joined a membership. I discontinued because of the expense & needing to be using the money for other reasons. If I had continued, I'd have gotten permanent haircolor, rather than a demi-tint, possibly. (My hair is probably about 65% gray-white.)

Mrs. Myra took the time to listen to what I wanted, I came in with a total hair emergency after trying to bleach my own hair at home, and Mrs. Myra completely saved me! She was so patient and managed to turn my 'DIY disaster' into a beautiful, dimensional brunette with warm golden-blonde balayage highlights. My hair actually feels healthier now than when I walked in. If you need a color correction, she is the one to see!

Very nice staff, knowledgeable and friendly, only drawback would be there was one person, and she had to help so many people on her own, so the weight is a little longer also than it should be

I had an outstanding experience with Myra at Madison Reed. She did a truly magnificent job on my all-over color and partial highlights—everything came out exactly how I hoped, if not better.
Myra was incredibly informative throughout the entire process, explaining what she was doing and making sure I was comfortable with every step. On top of that, she was pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to, which made a long appointment feel like it flew by.

I love the staff at this color bar, and I love my hair color. It's expensive... and if my hair grew as fast as it used to, I'm not sure I could afford it. But the service is amazing. And I have always loved blow drying my own hair. Love that this place is reachable by a frequent service bus.

What a pleasant and relaxing experience! This was my first time to visit a Madison Reed shop and I will be going back when it's time to refresh my color.
I was greeted very promptly and pleasantly and I felt at ease there. It was clean and bright and everyone was very friendly and upbeat.
It was a very busy morning but Amy was so helpful, engaged, professional, and interested in helping me to pick the color that would work well for me--she didn't rush through it even though they were busy.
She asked a lot of questions, which I very much appreciated as I was nervous about having my hair colored. She suggested a Demi-permanent to try out the color to be sure I'll continue to love it--in their lighting, my lighting at home, and outside lighting (so far, I love it!).
The results are beautiful, rich, and lovely. I also did the glossing treatment as I was curious what that would do. My hair is so soft and shiny! It doesn't smell like chemicals either--the scent is light.
I like that you can blow dry your own hair there so that helps with costs.
