Both interactions I've had with Donna have been awful. She is extremely disrespectful as well as passive aggressive to customers as well as her co-workers. I feel awful for the work environment these other 2 colleagues are dealing with. Someone please so something about this. This is not ok. Office manager I am sure could hear her since she's just in the other room.
