Josh is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. I spend 3 days a week with Josh and I've noticed how well he's able to adjust to each separate clients individual needs rather then putting everyone through the same routine. That was important to me. His focus on mobility and recovery has helped me immensely. Thank you Josh for your dedication to my sessions improving my strength, mobility, flexibility, and overall health.
