Schedule for 3pm and end up waiting for 30mins before the appointment and we thought it's going to be a cleaning appointment, but turned out just an exam, no cleaning.

I can’t say enough , I have always had gag reflexes that have me up out of the chair throwing up. Has been my entire life - most dentist act like they don’t know how to help but the dental assistant and dr were very understanding and were able to stop my gagging

As an appointment , I sat down 5 minutes ,got right in .. Access the problem, x-rays and fixed it within an hour.Great service

I am extremely anxious when going to the dentist but the X-ray tech was very compassionate and explain things well. Her dentist was very professional and explain what she is doing well.

this isn't the usual gentle dental we go to due to distance and location limitations on our past insurance. But with the new insurance, we are now free to go to Dr. Jessica at any gentle dental location. Dr. Jessica is a very calm and accommodating doctor, and I'm glad she takes the new insurance we have. Amber was so awesome in scheduling a last minute appointment due to my son's sudden toothache and trying to resolve my insurance issues. (she took my information and called me back when there was a cancelation and scheduled us in) Although the insurance issue couldn't be resolved before the appointment, she did what she can to try to get the information updated, which was greatly appreciated.
