Called and was able to get in on a cancelation the following day. They answered phone quickly and scheduled me very fast. They are VERY efficient and focused on the job. Mike came out the following day as promised. Our fridge was not holding temp and we are unable to get down on the ground to address it, so happens an ice block in corner of freezer was stopping fan. Grateful for their speedy response! Price was fair! Will keep them on my speed dial.

100% RECCOMEND!! I stopped into this quaint little shop with some pictures of fried dryer wires and a dream that I could one day say goodbye to the laundromat. Collette took a look at my photo's and knew just what I needed. She had one of the technicians look as well, and asked me to go home and call them with the model number. 30 minutes later, I was back in the store to purchase the parts I needed. Their kindness and excellent customer service didn't stop there; one of the techs actually walked me through just how to do the repairs myself and answered all of my questions. Issue was a broken dishwasher. Mike was fantastic. Called before he came to the house. Completed the job quickly and was a skilled professional. Very reasonable rates. Very highly rated. Definitely recommended.
