We have used this company multiple times and have had a great experience on each occasion. Brendon and team work well together. We can understand why they are so busy, they are good workers and do quality work
When a wind sheer knocked the chimney cap loose and into the backyard, looked in the phone book for a chimney sweep who could get right on the job. Brandon (new owner) answered the phone after hours and quoted $160 for the chimney cap to be reseated and a chimney cleaning. Over the years, I've had a few chimney cleaners on my roof, and while steeper than some, none of the professionals were as uncomfortable as he turned out to be. The fellow inside the house switched on a vacuum system which belched dust particles of ash, throughout my house. The "white" tarps placed to protect my hardwood floors, were obviously embedded with soot, as the entire floor had to be cleaned...read full review
