Went with a gal pal for my 1st time. The privacy is excellent. Staff are quiet & courteous. Ambience pleasant. We brought a portable speaker & we could listen to music without interfering with others. Environment is clean. Being able to watch the clouds & birds was enchanting.
I marked 4 stars because the water could've been warmer. That would not deter me from going again.
I love getting the combo rooms so you can rotate between the hot tub and the sauna. They also have showers to cool down. The staff are helpful and friendly. They also offer a free pitcher of water and you can rent towels or bring your own. They also have beverages for purchase.
