I've used Giehl's services twice now for a rental property that I can't personally service (I live on the East Coast these days), and each time I've gotten a lovely combination of quick response times, competitive rates, and high-quality work. My tenants have also had nothing but good things to say about his work. Definitely recommended!

I contacted King's Way to help me repair my front porch, I had a couple stairs that needed to be fixed. Turns out, there was some hidden rotting and just damage going on underneath it all that would have caused a lot of trouble down the line. So without a lot of fuss we decided to get things done right and repair all of the busted parts.
