I was so impressed by this studio. It's a warm and welcoming space. Freedom, the owner and primary teacher is highly qualified and clearly loves sharing the practice of yoga. His decades of experience teaching and practicing make him super knowledgeable. He has something to offer to every level of student. I've practiced at hundreds of yoga studios in the last 20 years and very few of them I would recommend this highly.

Magic! Wander around a nondescript building, go up the stairs, open a door and you step through a portal into another dimension. This is an old-school Ashtanga shala with a delightful teacher and a lovely space. Highly recommended for anybody who wants to practice yoga right from the source. Hard to find anything like this these days, what a treat.

ESOY is one of those shalas that we dream about! It's a place where genuine practitioners teach from a deep place of compassion, wisdom and inquiry. In today's 2D yoga world, a real 4D teacher at a real yogashala is quite a precious find indeed!
