I am a veteran who is unfortunately awaiting care through the VA, so I am paying for treatment out of pocket. I work for the forest service as a Wildland firefighter and I am usually paid early on Fridays. I did not see my check by noon, and my appointment was at 2:15. I called right away to let anjuna know that I didn't have any money, less than 20 dollars in my account. Unfortunately they still charged me the 75 dollar cancellation fee and overdrew my account. I understand policy is policy, however given the circumstances and my situation I feel like they could have been more understanding. I've had acupuncture when I lived in Korea, but it's hard to find a great acupuncturist. Well, I found one in Eugene!The place is very clean and Nathan is very professional, amazing with acupuncture and so patient with explaining how the muscles work and how the acupuncture that he does will help. I went there after my calf muscle cramp and it got so much better after one session. I went there today for my knee, felt great after the session and made an appointment for next two sessions.

An absolute game changer for me. I'd been experiencing pain from an exercise related injury for over a year. I spent 6 months in Physical Therapy making some progress, but ended up hitting a wall and not seeing any further progress. My PT recommended I look into acupuncture. I'd never tried it and felt very unsure, but Nathan made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in detail. It felt so good to start making progress over the last few months!
